Our Team

Willis Williams is a founding shareholder of Capital Access Group, Inc.  His diverse career yields a breadth of knowledge and experience directly applicable to operating, evaluating, acquiring, and selling businesses and investment opportunities. Representative experience and accomplishments include:

• Tenure as CEO, COO, and CFO in industries ranging from banking and investment funds to commercial seafood and hospitality to real estate development.
• Negotiating eight figure credit facilities and equity investments with multinational Wall Street firms.
• Syndicating cross-border debt.
• Managing the acquisition and/or sale of operating companies, controlling equity interests, and assets.
• Successfully confirming four Chapter 11 reorganizations as CFO.
• Leading the acquisition and turnaround of a troubled bank.
• Serving as COO and CFO of Registered Investment Advisors and investment funds with assets under management ranging from $450 million to $750 million and offices in Manhattan, Hong Kong, and London.

Willis graduated from the Florida State University College of Business and the University of Florida College of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed real estate sales associate.

Lee Wall is the founding partner of Wall Titus, LLC and Chief Investment Officer of Wall Advisors, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), a designation recognized by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  In addition, Lee is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Investment Advisor. 

Lee provides comprehensive tax strategies to closely held corporations and their shareholders.  He has extensive experience assisting individuals and businesses with their long-term strategic tax, financial, retirement, estate and investment planning needs. 

Lee has advised on numerous mergers and acquisitions for a wide range of industries and professions. 

He graduated from Florida Southern College where he also served as an adjunct professor of Accounting. 

Lee served as a board member of several non-profit organizations. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Board of Certified Financial Planners.

Thomas is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Vice President of Capital Access Group, Inc. He is experienced in identifying acquisition targets, due diligence and financial analysis, sales and marketing, real estate development, private credit, accounting and wealth management. Thomas grew up working in his family’s successful business that was ultimately sold; this personal experience helps him understand the myriad of reasons and feelings involved in an owner’s decision to sell.

Thomas earned a BBA in Accounting from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and resides in Lakeland, FL with his wife Tracy and their two dachshunds, Remi and Rue.
